libgcab-1.0-0 software package provides Microsoft Cabinet file manipulation library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcab-1.0-0
libgcab-1.0-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcab-1.0-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcab-1.0-0 *
